The pwmat user inside the container has uid/gid 1000/1000
The user01 user on the host machine has uid/gid 1001/1001 (not 1000/1000)
/home/user01/vol/pwmat is the directory to mount, extracted from pwmat.tgz: the pwmat home directory inside the container
/home/user01/vol/mysql is the directory to mount, extracted from mysql.tgz: the database
user01 can also be left without read/write permission to pwmat (pure qflow, no modifications needed)
